All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software architecture, SDKs, algorithms, documentation, and visual design, remain the sole property of SalusX (A division of Securesign Technologies Limited.). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any component of the Service without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong (SAR). Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong (SAR).
